Processing & Shipping Time

Please allow approximately 10–14 business days for your order to be processed, fulfilled, and shipped.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

During new releases, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, orders may take slightly longer than usual.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Please allow time for the shipping carrier to update your tracking information after your package has been accepted.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please double-check your address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside of our control.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property, with household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier.

If you are still unable to locate your package, contact It Must Be Love and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review the issue.
